Projects

One view of all your content — filtered by brand, type, source, or status so you can find what you're looking for without digging.

What This Builds

A single content index that pulls everything into one place. Not a project management system — just a clean, filterable view of everything you've created so you can get to the right piece quickly without remembering which tool it lives in.

Why Build It

When content lives in different places by format — social posts here, newsletters there, blog posts somewhere else — you end up rebuilding context every time you need to find something. What did I write about that topic last month? Which version of this post went out? Is that draft finished?

A single content view answers all of those questions in one place. Filter by brand to see everything for a specific voice. Filter by content type to see all your social posts or all your newsletters. Filter by status to see what's scheduled, what's in draft, what's ready to approve. The content doesn't move — you just finally have one place to see it all.

What You Need

Tools

Notion, Airtable, or any tool that supports filtered views of a single database. If your content already lives in one table, this is just a view you haven't built yet.

Setup Level

If your content is already in one place, this is a view configuration — no new structure needed. If your content is split across multiple tables by type, you'll either consolidate into one table or use a linked view that pulls them together.

I want to build a content index in [Notion / Airtable / Sheets — name your tool] that gives me one view of everything I've created — social posts, newsletters, blog posts, emails, and any other content type — filterable by brand, content type, source, and status.

Help me design a structure with these fields:

Title — the content title or headline
Content type — social post / newsletter / blog post / email / Substack / podcast / other
Brand — which brand or voice this belongs to
Source — where the content came from or what triggered it
Status — draft / ready to approve / scheduled / published / archived
Last modified — when it was last updated

Walk me through how to set this up in [tool name] so I can filter and search across all content in one place. If my content currently lives in separate tables by type, tell me the cleanest way to consolidate it or create a unified view without duplicating records.

The payoff: You stop hunting across tools to find a piece of content — it's all in one place, one search away.
