If you're not satisfied with your first monthly membership purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original subscription date.
No lengthy explanation is required—we simply ask that you contact us within the refund window.
Annual subscribers can receive a prorated refund for unused months if they cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you'll retain access for the remainder of your subscription period.
To request a refund:
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, although the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no future charges will be made.
Once a refund has been processed, your membership will be canceled and access to all paid content, downloads, templates, community features, and other subscriber-only resources will be revoked.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or other misuse of this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
