Command Center

The operating layer for seeing what needs attention today, what moved, and what decisions should be made next.

Overview

The OS needs a place to see and decide.

Command Center does not create all the work. It reads from the rest of the OS and surfaces what matters today: queues, blockers, approvals, overdue work, upcoming due dates, and business decisions that should not stay buried in notes.

This is a visibility hub, not a production hub.

Most records shown here originate somewhere else. Command Center exists to help you notice what changed, what stalled, and what deserves a decision before it turns into hidden drag. Metrics can live here later, but the daily dashboard starts with action.
